Maintenance Massage Perth
A regular massage option for people who enjoy making massage part of their ongoing routine.
For some people, massage is an occasional treat. For others, it becomes a regular part of their routine — especially when work, exercise or everyday life leaves them feeling tight, tired or simply ready for some time to switch off.
At Tara Massage Therapy in Perth, we’ve been working with local clients since 2013, and everyone approaches regular massage differently. Some prefer to book every few weeks, while others come in when they feel they need it. There is no single schedule that suits everyone.
Your massage can also be adjusted from visit to visit. You may prefer firmer pressure one day and something gentler and more relaxing another day. Simply let your therapist know how you’re feeling and what you would like them to focus on.
There isn’t one correct answer. How often you book a massage can depend on your lifestyle, personal preferences, activity level and how your body feels.
Someone who spends long hours at a desk may have different preferences from someone who trains regularly or has a physically demanding job. Others simply enjoy setting aside regular time to relax.
You don’t need to commit to a fixed schedule. You can decide when to book your next massage based on what feels right for you.
Before your massage begins, your therapist will ask about your preferred pressure and any areas you would like them to spend more or less time on.
Your preferences may change between appointments, and that’s completely fine. Our therapists can adapt the session depending on whether you prefer a relaxing massage, firmer pressure or more attention around areas that feel particularly tight.
Our Highgate clinic is just minutes from Perth CBD, with online booking available for clients looking to make massage part of their regular routine.
